Scammers are posing as immigration attorneys or government officials and demanding large upfront payments and in some cases, it’s hard to tell whether they’re scammers or untrained ICE personnel. Once they get the money, they disappear, leaving families without real help and with even fewer options.

Republican Senator Mike Rounds said Secretary of State Marco Rubio, in a call to senators, confirmed the so-called 28-point “peace plan” was actually a Russian wishlist and is “not the administration’s position”. Nor is there any threat to cut off weapons or intelligence to Ukraine.

This is when I miss Twitter. It's all there, or it once was. All of that, volumes of information and evidence and conjecture that turned out to be not so wild after all, duly reported, discussed, hammered, asked, answered, and ... nothing at all ever came of it. 2016 & 24 are blots on our history.
