I'm not drunk, I'm merely ponderous
You can be ruthless and be world champion (Verstappen, Schumacher, Senna)

You can be metronomic and be world champion (Prost, Lauda)

Right now is Norris either? There's still time and he's gifted enough to be either. But he needs to figure it out quickly. #F1

Yeah I mean this feels like the stuff race bans are there for #F1
This is remarkable. Verstappen definitely backed off, and then it looks like deliberate contact #F1 #SpanishGP
Verstappen is told to let Russell through, looks like he had backed off at Turn 5, and then runs into the Mercedes again! #F1 #SpanishGP

Hear me out, we spice up F1 by rotating each driver through the Red Bull 2nd car twice a season
OUT in Q1:

Hulkenberg
Ocon
Sainz
Colapinto
Tsunoda

Nobody will convince me the post-Verstappen legalising of shoving drivers off track rules is better than the old leave a cars width rule.

The Leclerc confusion here is just further proof. #F1

Not vintage that. McLaren strategically outgunned (some mitigation in terms of not a lot of ways to be clever in a no deg race but still poor).

Norris outgunned himself on his only real opportunity.

We move etc #F1

Has really felt like Red Bull called the shots this race, which shouldn't be the case in a 1v2 fight.
McLaren not keeping Lando out for a longer first stint was a weird choice.

On my knees begging for at least regular two stops. Please sirs may we have a crumb of strategy #F1
33 laps on a medium tyre. Pirelli, plz. #F1

You can't really get mad or even that bored of Palou indy dominance. The control, execution, ruthless consistency, it's awesome in the original sense of the word.

So arriving virtually unknown into his field and stealing the limelight wasn't much of a leap for him then?
Went down a rabbit hole after watching CONCLAVE last night and was shocked to learn that the guy who played Cardinal Benítez took up acting in the pandemic in his 50s. This was his first big role!

Everybody thinks dogs are better than people but I’ve never had a human roommate who greeted a visitor by just fucking yelling at them.
