John Romita Jr.'s portrayal of Spiral's Body Shop is an all-timer, with a special nod to Glynis Oliver's vibrant colors for pushing the zone even deeper into technicolor fantasy.
This JRJR section from Uncanny 209 where Rachel Summers is lured by Spiral with the promise of a new body and life is one of my favorite comics sequences ever that I never see mentioned. A big part of my read on Rachel as trans and only boosted by how she presents when she escapes later in Excalibur
