This isn’t a game changer for the average person. This is ridiculous. Why would anybody open up a 50 year mortgage? They never be able to pay it off. They lose their homes. No, this is just a scam.

50 years would be a nightmare when my husband and I bought our home we had a 30 year not 40 and it was hard then. Why would somebody want to drag it out that long with all that interest that’s not a smart move.
