I’m writing a small story about a world of anthro characters. I have a character who has a great memory and hoards knowledge, not sure if making him an elephant or an owl is more thematic to his persona.

I’m finally playing through Life is Strange: Double Exposure and did the writing get worse? I didn’t think that was plausible. This isn’t even the same original studio. The old guys did Remember Me. Do you know how hard it is to be worse than Remember Me?

I went to Waffle House for the first time in memory and I gotta say, I didn’t expect such a mid experience. Not great, not bad. Anti-climactic.

The Legend of Hei 2(9/10) is getting an award for “Most Simultaneously Simple and Complex #Plot”. I’ve never seen a movie take a more scenic route to get to “And then the good guys, who were always good, fight the bad guys and win the fight, saving the world”.

I like #advertised products not based on if the product looks good, but if the ad lets me skip it with ease. Like, they’re still microtransaction-laden mobile games, but I’ll still give a recommendation for Toon Blast or Clash Royale. “They’re not the worst!”

The British tone can be naturally condescending, but it seems twice as biting when it’s the Downton Abbey characters speaking about filmgoing etiquette in the previews of a #Bollywood movie. I was almost expecting a “you backwards savages” to bookend the PSA.

Question: how much would you (consistently) spend on #car repairs in a year before you felt it better to go buy another car? I feel like a new car would cost $5K a year anyway, so that’s where my limit is, but I get the vibe from family that that’s a crazy way to look at it.

I wish we had “Hall passes” for #fighting. Like, every five years, you can update a list of three people you’re legally allowed to throw hands with. On-sight, pending no incurred danger of any nearby people (like, you can’t fight your airplane pilot pre-flight).

Do the rest of y’all boof #protein? Trying to lose weight, but I’d need to eat minimum 250g of protein and maximum 2500 Cals per day. That’s a 1:10 protein:calorie ratio. That’s like exclusively grilled chicken, canned tuna, and chalky-ass yogurt.

My weird superpower: With about 90% accuracy over 20 years, I’ve managed to pick/main a bottom three character, tierlist-wise, in every #fighting game I’ve played. The only exceptions that I can remember are Ivy, Vanessa Lewis, and Fat Princess.

I understand that Gal Gadot is a bad actor, but does anyone have a supercut of what her lines are SUPPOSED to sound like? Her delivery is like shit stains in carpeting, I can’t fully remove it from the material.

Im not a full-on atheist, but I lost most of my faith in God when my eighth grade prayers for a calculator didn’t bear fruit. I didn’t even want a new one, I just wanted to find the one I lost. Like, it was for my education. You couldn’t help me find a fucking calculator, bitch?

While I’m a gooner with questionable taste, I find it baffling that the typical censorship move is to limit body types and cover cleavage rather than stop making women wear high heels in combat. Women can’t choose to leave their titties at home, why curate THAT of all things?
