How is this even a thing? And I used more of it this time because I had an infection, which makes your blood sugar go up. We live in a nightmare country right now. They really don’t care if we don’t make it to see another day.

I have never been so utterly exhausted and I definitely have zero spoons. I’m begging and also grateful for any amount of sleep and any amount of pain relief gifted to me.
