I wonder if anime (not counting the moe/super deformed ones) had a habit of making teen characters (aged 11 to 17) looking too short and behaving like elementary schoolers , or adults in the 20-25 age range looking and behaving way too old? Thinking of UC gndam here

I think it's an old news, but for some reason they have a full comic adaptation (read : anime screenshots stapled with text balloon) of legend of the blue wolves, in Dlsite of all things

when I returned, I saw another store room with two hospital beds and a clown-dressed mannequin man being beaten up by two boys. Before I could see their face clearly, I woke up rather violently (like in surprise).

As I move, there was boutique lined on the hallway, except like the previous shop, there was no cashier. Nobody working. Mannequins packed the room that there's no space to go inside.
