To add to this: consider getting a flu jab if you can - the NHS offer ended today but you can still get one privately for about £10-20.
If you are ill over Xmas, consider staying home (i know this sucks, but so does giving flu to people), or at least wearing a well-fitting FFP2 mask if mingling.

Latest data out today. Essentially a tripledemic or quad-demic still not on the cards because covid low and RSV declining (slowly), but Flu is on a bad trajectory - exceeding last year's peak and no sign of slowing yet.
