BTW He's 93 years old. He served in the military and worked for the local government for over 40+ years. This medication is the difference of life or death for him. It would cost him $900 out-of-pocket per month = $10.8K annually when it cost him $0 in 2024.
My ex-partner's father, who I consider to be my father, has Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). His RX company has removed the med from his Part D plan for 2025 and he doesn't understand that he needs a Prior Authorization to get access to his medication. It's very upsetting & he only has 6 left. 😢💔
