Taunting me. Damaging & scarring my precious child in front of me bc he knew she was my everything.
I stayed too long and didn't have an exit plan. I regret it.

He constantly tried to humble me, especially in front of other ppl. When our first child was 4, he started to sit her on his lap and make me watch and listen while he said heinous and vile things directly to her about me. He was deliberately inflicting maximum damage, knowing it'd hurt the most.

I wish I could have known about narcissistic abuse decades ago, it would have saved me lots of grief. At least I'd have healed faster by not blaming myself like he always did.
