I married a hater
Married someone who hated me. He got a sick kick out of humiliating me every chance he got, to my face and behind my back. Nothing prepared me for the nightmarish depths of hell we lived through.

My biggest regret in my life was marrying and having children with a sadistic, violent psychopath who intentionally harmed all of our mind, body and soul and bragged about it.
I regret ignoring the red flags. I regret staying. I hate that I was so lacking in self esteem & tolerated mistreatment.
