To those coming to Valorant Masters Toronto this week:
- Toronto doesn't pronounce the second T in its name
- The public transit in Toronto (TTC) is pretty solid, can take you to most places in the downtown core, and only costs 3.35 CAD. You can tap with your credit card/debit card/apply pay as well

The entire Ghibli ethos is tied up in the idea of craftsmanship. It's a textual subject of the films (hand carving violins in Whisper of the Heart, for just one example) and the meta work that goes into the films themselves. Their films feature hard workers, and are animated with sweat and tears.

For the first time in 15ish years, I did a Muay Thai class to get my ass back in the gym. While it felt phenomenal, I can't uncurl my ring fingers and pinkies, and typing is very difficult

This is going to keep happening across most platforms. YouTube channels get deleted, Twitch changes policies, Google removes lifetime unlimited storage (I was promised it when I was doing my undergrad, and had it revoked a year after I graduated). Keep copies of all your content on external devices

twitch VODs can be exported to a youtube channel in a few clicks from the video producer page. While I don't believe youtube is a bulletproof solution for preservation, it appears to be a sustainable one for the foreseeable future.
