In four recent papers, we and colleagues characterized HSPC-like blast heterogeneity across pediatric ALLs, and revealed several molecular mechanisms for their roles in leukemogenesis and therapy resistance. tinyurl.com/573ncj98, tinyurl.com/27f95scn, tinyurl.com/fb25akcn, tinyurl.com/mwjvncvk.

We used scRNA-Seq and CODEX multiplexed imaging to elucidate the cellular and spatial architecture of the human bone marrow microenvironment. We identified new non-hematopoietic cell types and systematically delineate cell-cell interactions and cellular neighborhoods.

We applied CytoCommunity to patient tissue images with clinical outcome information. Our analysis revealed altered tumor-immune and tumor-stromal interactions within and between tissue domains among patients of different risk and prognosis groups.
