My ranking of Gainax's major releases. It's a studio which at its height produced some of the most interesting and ambitious shows out there, including my favorite show of all time. And while news of its closure is now old, going through and watching their greatest hits proved to be a fun time.

When it came to watching Super Link, I'd say that the most appropriate term to describe it was mixed bag.

Checked out Roadhouse. It was a decent movie, ending was kind of disappointing, but otherwise it was a good time

My Gainax collection is now complete.
Having finished Micron Legends a while back, I figured I'd do the same thing as RID01 and watch several episodes of Armada and see how it compares (in particular, I watched episodes 1, 2, 3, 16, 27, 34, 37, 39, 41, 48, 51, and 52).

As a fresh new start for the franchise, Transformers Micron Legends proves to be one of the franchise's best outings yet.

So in the interest of seeing what most people in the west saw of this series, I opted to check out several episodes of Robots In Disguise (2001) to see how it compared to the original Car Robots.

As the final installment in the initial run of JG1/JBW shows, Car Robots proves to be a rather fun time over all, though not without issues.

Ngl, I didn't expect the Panty and Stocking Transformers parody to be such a loving homage to the franchise. Everything from the designs, the returning voice actors, and even the ever present narration showed how much the creators cared about what they were covering.

In many ways, Beast Wars Neo feels like it takes a step forward and back from its predecessor, with certain elements better refined and improved and other parts feeling less effective.

As a mini encapsulation of the series, Lio Convoy in Imminent Danger serves as a fun 45 minute adventure with all the characters from the show (sans Artemis and Moon interestingly enough).

Watching Beast Wars II, it feels like I can divide it into two halves. A loose first half that focuses on introducing the cast and various subgroups with a big reliance on comedy and a second half which leans more into the the dramatic and character focused elements of the story.
