The thing thats so insidious about using AI this way is that one of the main ways artists get hired are studios looking for art references and they find us and reach out.
This is removing a major avenue to get work if they can just generate nameless derivations of our ideas.

For context I made this post because she spent a solid 30-45 minutes fighting the Roaring Knight to get the shadow crystal for me (she actually fought all the DR secret bosses for me lmao)
If my girlfriend got paid to play all the hard parts of video games for me when I got too frustrated, she would be a millionaire. But she's my girlfriend so she does it for free 😏 💖
