I build a theory inductively thru case studies of Nicaragua & Iran after their 1979 revolutions, showing how revolutionaries prioritize threats based on whether old regime forces were defeated & disintegrated (Nicaragua) or persisted (Iran) & whether there are preexisting rebel rivals at victory

aTrain (for Windows) or NoScribe (Windows, Mac & Linux) are good open source transcription tools you can run on a laptop or desktop to keep things secure, vs a cloud upload to a company. Or there are also ways to set up the Whisper model on your system yourself if you want more customization
