Yes! Data from the same session suggests only 14% of those diagnosed with fragility fractures wind up on appropriate preventative pharmacologic treatment! Huge missed opportunity!

We need to document clearly about WHAT the decision is and WHY the patient does/does not have capacity to limit future misinterpretations.
