Specifically identify domains of capacity - global, medical decisions, placement/discharge planning, or financial

Capacity (from a psychological perspective) - need to have some functional abilities (express a choice, rationale, comprehension, choice in line with expressed values).
Usually financial capacity is the first domain with concern but not always recognized.
