Friends, about a decade ago I had the honor of hosting the National Contest for National History Day, a wonderful organization that encourages and supports kids all over the country as they study history, creating independent projects, and competing to reach the annual finals, held in June and UMD.

- Aid stopped in transit.

U.S. businesses that sold goods and services to USAID are in limbo, including American farms dealing in rice, wheat and soybeans.
