Of course she has Rage issues. She had Nova issues as a member of the X-Men, so having Rage issues as an Avenger makes perfect sense. Writers need to let the poor lady see her friends during these trying times after all.

The parent who provided access to the firearm(s) should be charged as well. We're well past the point that charging the adult who provided unsecured access to a firearm should be the norm, regardless of where you are.
