I got annoyed with how much bathroom stuff is in my room, so after folding laundry I started making fabric boxes to contain all the stuff.

That bedsheet has been sitting in the rag box for years because the dye bled

Subcategory of the Spanish Podenco. They're usually a goldish brown colour with dark markings. The Andaluz have brown nose and eyelids, and there are a couple more like the Ibizenco, Canario with minor differences.

This is Rosie, my pod

Finished this cutie a couple of days ago. Just putting the finishing touches on the instruction ebook, which I'll hopefully be able to offer on my web shop.

Also Happy Birthday, please accept this dog tax. This is Rosie, a 12 year old Podenco Orito cross doing her best impression of a bagel

This creature seems to think she has to show love by grabbing me with her paws or licking me.

The embroidery thread organiser in progress. It's made from an MDF box frame from which the canvas has been removed, bed slats sawn in half lengthwise, and some bamboo dowels.

I wind my threads onto the tough cardboard cores from dog waste bag rolls, which fit neatly on the dowels.

Embroidering this aerial view and learning some stumpwork techniques for the flying sculpture using a banana hook.

It won't look the same, but if there's enough structural integrity left, you may be able to do some visible/decorative mending. My friend had me replace shredded cuffs on one of hers using crochet:

Receipts. All I wanted was a straight answer about what they're doing. That they were unwilling to give it and would rather vanish than assure us they're not training AI is very telling.

Gonna drop a picture of the swatch for those curious. Photo from woolwarehouse.

Behold! Pride Chickens! (They were surprisingly popular, apparently I've found a niche with queer, neurodivergent folks who like poultry)

Latest craft acquisition that's going to form the base of a fibre art sculpture. I'm going to attempt a flying one suspended from the hook. This is a wooden fruit bowl with a banana hook that is slightly broken and I got at the charity shop for 20p

Yup. These are the two I did for the niblings. Even at my fastest and omitting the embroidery, the weaving in bumps the time up

I was thinking more like this, but with holding positions sorted by mustelid. Hold a weasel like this, hold a wolverine like that etc etc.

Acorn thimble case!

Currently working on: chatelaine. The plan here is a set of work hardened wire segments that can thread onto a ribbon that will hook between two belt loops. I've started adding double chains (because single links didn't feel sturdy enough)

Here's without ink

13. I've got one of those awful chunky wooden dollhouses with printed features that I picked up at a charity shop for £3.

Balance scales with brass weights, because being able to weigh things when the CR2032 batteries run out is handy
