Yep! If you go to the events NPS put on in the park you can get a dog tag / patch / stamp:

You are thinking of the Monongahela Incline. That one is much older than Angels Flight. This is the oldest funicular in LA, originally built in 1901.

And I forgot and you are absolutely correct, they do call it Glendora Ridge Road between the saddle and Mt Baldy. So yes, you did drive the ridge road (it is now rarely open because of issues with the condition of the road and fires).

I occasionally get snubbed by American muscle car people because I have a vintage British car.
I just push it back to them that mine is maybe 1 of 10 in existence in the USA and theirs is maybe 1 of 50,000 at best. (and in almost all cases it is more fun to drive than theirs) 😜

Nothing wrong with an automatic. Some of the best super cars have faster automatic transmissions than a human could ever shift.

That might have been Glendora Mountain Road because the ridge route is a service road that was created to connect the Nike Missile launch pads that they had many many years ago.
