Went to a book fair this weekend and I approached one author who wrote sad thrillers and had to say thank you, but it wasn’t a good fit for me. Moved to the next who was clearly a romance writer and said “these are all HEA, right?” I read to be happy and delulu and I’m not ashamed by it. #booksky

I’m not sure if it’s an audiobook specific ick or a general reading ick for me, but I struggle with poems and songs written in a book. I especially feel like in audiobooks you don’t get the right effect of a song unless they sing it, which they rarely do. #booksky
