every book I’ve ever put in the LFL has been taken out (sometimes in under 24h) and given a new life. I have two books in my pile from it right now that will be re-donated when finished.

Kids would stop by the LFP for snacks before or after school. Families have used it for rice & beans - staples.

… sorry, same city diff neighborhood (i’m tired). i was housed by Ace when the LFP and LFL were put up and they were immediate community builders and Ace works really hard at keeping them up. The LFP is in constant use to the point where it’s hard to keep it stocked. People- neighbors - need food.
