Hi Vivian, these are great approaches. Some people may have hard time knowing how to eat healthy and even where to start. It's great to give them simple advices and opportunity to connect with dietitians!

Hi Erika, you have a really healthy eating habit during finals! I eat grapes most often when I study/ do work because I won't need to peel anything or wash my hands afterward. I also tend to eat things not as healthy after finals week because it's super relieving!!🤩

This is a great article! I love how it used a chart to show the nutrients we need, along with a list of foods they are found in. Makes the information accessible for parents and children. Parents could print it out and stick it on the fridge or something for reference!

Hi Lindsey, I agree that extreme diet can become discouraging, as we are likely eating and doing things that we don't like and can't sustain. When we push ourselves too much, we often burnout and loss motivation. Tom found the best way that works for him which is awesome.

This is a great point! There are many factors that contribute to obesity other than diet and exercise. Some may not have access to healthier food and others may be on medications where weight gain is a side effect. Mental health and socioeconomic status also play a role.

I totally understand that feeling! I like to snack when I'm studying for exams or trying to complete bunch of assignments/projects/essays. It's really stressful and I feel like I need something sweet, like milk tea, cake, or cookies, to treat myself and keep going.

You made a really great point! Some manufactures focus on sales more than the quality of their products. People who don't pay attention to labels or don't fully understand them may end up buying and taking supplements that are unnecessary or even harmful for their health.
