Congrats to Zoe Rudnick for winning a JXTX scholarship to Genome Informatics! Zoe is a 2nd-year PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins, developing algorithms to analyze RNA-seq data—incl long-read and single-cell datasets—to improve isoform quantification.
