I am having a really bad night. I am at least 7 dwarfs worth of emotions and it is making me feel lousy. Gonna go drink some more water and hope it washes some of it away. 😭

I have been having insomnia issues for a couple years now. Had such erratic sleep last night that I actually feel ill today. I know what to do, I just have a hard time doing it once sleepy time approaches. ::sigh::
