The letter details a months-long pattern of excessive force by DHS personnel. It also serves as formal notice that we - with 3 DAs - are actively monitoring federal conduct and will investigate any case where a federal officer appears to be acting outside the reasonable scope of their duties.

Mamdami has that, indeed! Very smart for him to wear a very similar suit & tie so that Dementia Don would perceive him as a friend. DD might also have gotten confused & thought MBS had returned for another visit & had changed into a suit.
