They don't care.
They are just bullies with military gear - not law enforcement or trying to reduce crime, but spreading their terrorist actions to anyone who looks at them crooked.

In the past the vast majority of us held some basic political tenets in common even if we were on different sides. For example, that the outcome of elections should be respected and the Constitution followed.
Now all of that is shattered and I don’t know how we put it back together again.
