At 8% I thought the alcohol was noticeable, but not bad against the piney dank and citrus notes. Crisp drinking and tasty- a good beer! And another winner in the lovely can category.

The alcohol is present, but there’s the bourbon, vanilla, and oakiness that come out and balance it all nicely. A lot going on in an enjoyable way. The further I get into it, the more I enjoy it. Might be worth killing a wizard over. The 2025 version of a special release, dig it up while you can.

Citra and hops I’d never heard of, but not overwhelming. And it’s double IPA, but not crazy on the ABV, so it’s not alcohol-forward.
I’d definitely have it again. And as it goes down easy, I it could sneak up on you and one could land in goblin mode. Not that I’d know anything about that. (Ahem).
