As has been noted by a lot of people, our midfield is simply not working. We need an extra body in there and to win that battle in order for us to shift the ball further up.

Having thought about it some more, the three signings today have the potential to be season defining.
A TikTok talking head described it as “signing three of the best players you can have by position in L1” & here’s why they’re not too far off (despite none of them getting in my starting XI)…

Whilst I think we may need / have a slightly higher turnover than this @ntt20.com closing remark suggests, it does provide a good, neutral viewpoint on where we’re at.

Let’s be honest. This appointment didn’t exactly enthuse the fanbase. The initial eight games were rough but he managed to turn the mood around and we were on play off form for the last 10. He got the players fit and running and got the fans to hope. Given where he’d got a mediocre
