I used to buy various 3" long charging cables because it was highly entertaining to watch my adult children pressed up against the wall on a 3" tether so they could text their friends.

Decades ago, somebody told me that the cheapest oxygen is industrial oxygen and also the purest. The most expensive oxygen is at your dive shop and it's the least pure. In between is medical oxygen.
I can't vouch for the purity, but I can confirm the prices.

For the record, it's a Gamo Varmint which is a break-action air rifle. I think I paid $100 for it, or probably less than that.
It does, however, have a $400 scope on it. It's like simulated long-distance shooting without paying for long distance ammo.

One thing that does worry me is that I've done nothing to make any of this thread-safe. It's all in Python where I'm a newb and I'm writing to a global variable and it's brittle code.
