***TWO MONTHS LATER IT HITS ME THAT I SPELLED WRITE AS RIGHT.***
Every time I sit down to right it is as though all of my effort is spent on getting *that* right, and so every message to my friends becomes a senseless blur of letters that probably go together in some semblance of an order to make a sentence

Every time I want to Watch a new game rather than play it I put the name into youtube and silently pray 'please tell me one of My Guys has played it'
Today no one had

Mobility aids can look like a lot of things and for my family it's this little roller bag that we use got groceries which makes me feel like an actual work horse of a human being I could carry a neighborhood in this thing

It really does feel nice to be able to see a post, click on it to look at the replies, and see human beings giving their opinion rather than dozens of bots echoing responses they've scraped like I'm in a Sci fi horror game exploring an abandoned wreckage for clues

I am pavlov'ing myself in the sense that I've placed the bluesky app in the exact place where twitter was on my phone and every time I go to open twitter to give myself psychic damage I am instead faced with the pleasant starry loading screen of bluesky and go 'GUH?' every time

I also cannot stress enough the value of doing something each day that demands you take your attention off social media. Something that requires both hands but isn't labor, be it a craft, or skin care, or anything that just rips you away from the incessant doom scrolling and refreshing of feeds
