Just read the menu I’m supposed to follow the week before my colonoscopy and I basically can’t eat anything I normally do. My kids are gonna be so confused and think I’ve given up on feeding us healthy whole foods.

This is a great reminder and I’m right behind her. Mine is scheduled for 12/2 with a colonoscopy up next in January. Don’t delay critical screenings!
Just had my mammogram. It’s quick and easy, not as bad as you’d imagine. Screening for cancer is vital as we get older. Don’t put it off!

My child was sidelined by an injury in the spring and was in a boot/on crutches for 6 weeks. He then had only 2/8 weeks to get fit for HS soccer tryouts. He made the team but tried a defensive position for the first time bc he didn’t feel fit. Tonight he was named defensive player of the year! 💗💗💗

I’ve said all along that I don’t care whose name is on that list; they need to be held accountable. This is a transparency issue. The victims deserve vindication and the public deserves the truth.
The public deserves to know the extent of Epstein’s abuse and to hold accountable anybody—regardless of political affiliation—who enabled it. Add your name to the petition to demand the Department of Justice and White House publicly release the files.
