Of course I mostly learn by writing manually, and me being left-handed: writing from right to left is so comfy! I don't have to position my hand away from the ink all the time. So that's how right-handed people feel in left-to-right writing. You don't know how good you've got it.

(so far I still need the accents to know the right pronunciation, from what I know they usually don't need them and can deduct the right pronunciation from their norms so they omit them)

So these are my basics, oc most comes from where I live so I don't know how well it works for your food habit or tastes, but summing it up my keys are sauces & cooking a lot one day or night to have food for the week or a couple days, freezed or not, saving time on the kitchen right before eating

Pumpkin or zucchini cream also comes well for first dishes or dinners and also can be freezed or kept a few days on the refrigerators and reheat on a microwave. Since I haven't tried I don't know how well fried vegetables are afterwards though maybe a very quick refry or sauce can work? But not sure

Minced meat (e.g. meatballs) also handle well.

Fish: I tend to prefer it without sauce so I usually eat it the days I can do it at the moment, but battered hake handles well for a day. Lentils, chickpeas and other legumes by being done on a stew also handle well for many days and can be freezed.

For meat: stewed chicken/pork/beef can keep up 2 days well on the refrigerator, 1 more inside the sauce (letting it repose also makes the taste thicker) & if inmediately freezed it tastes just as good when reheated. Grilled or fried meat is ok for a day at most but one ice cube sauce revitalizes it
