Hat unser Mandarinenkanzler Söder eigentlich schon den Grünen die Schuld gegeben, dass es nicht schon viel früher ein Infrastrukturprogramm gegeben hat?

Die Infrastruktur der Krankenhäuser wird fast komplett von gesetzlich Versicherten finanziert, während Privatversicherte bessere Leistungen bekommen. Die Länder kommen ihrer Investitionspflicht nicht nach, also zahlt die GKV doppelt. Warum kein einheitliches System, das alle fair beteiligt?
