What is 'the left'? What makes a 'leftist'?

In this article, I make the case against vaguely defined unity and for the necessity of a clear political line.

The questions must be: Unity with whom? Unity for what purpose? Unity on what terms?

My newest article is here. It is a long one, and covers the logic of inter-imperialist war, how we are rushing into the next world war, and what we must do to resist it.

The answer to imperialism must be international working-class solidarity. Check it out:

Mahmoud Khalil is a political prisoner, arrested without any charges.

The fact that this was even possible, tells you everything you need to know about the structure of the American state.

The Palmer Raids are back in full force.

The ADL has sacrificed every single tenet of Judaism in exchange for silencing criticism of a genocidal government.

The existence of Israel has never and will never keep American Jews safe. But political deportations endanger every Jew (and every other vulnerable population) in the country.
Well, there it is folks. The official ADL position is support for Trump secret police to illegally detain and deport green card holders if they are part of pro-Palestine protests. If and when DHS starts doing this to citizens, count on the ADL to continue its support. This is who they are.

The Pallywood Conspiracy is one of the most disgusting ideological elements of Zionism. It faults Palestinians even for their own deaths.

And yet, it is just one part of the 'Global Arab Conspiracy', Zionism's ideological analog to antisemitism. Read more here:

When people ask ‘Where is the Palestinian Nelson Mandela’ they aren’t actually looking for an answer, they’re just searching for reasons not to support the Palestinian liberation struggle in its current reality.

Mandela was called a terrorist. His equivalent is suffering the same fate.
