I like Alan Wake 2 but I don't love it. I think it's narrative and lore are, ultimately, shallow and self serving. If you're going to have a 'what's-going-on' mystery, make it meaningful to the audience, not just the characters. And honestly, I don't really care about Alan. He's a dope.
