Unjustly denying someone life-saving coverage after decades of paying premiums IS murder. Especially when it's done in the name of pleasing share holders.
The only difference is that CEOs place a number of buffers between themselves and their victims.

I get the well-deserved vitriol directed at cruel and greedy insurance companies for taking our money and DENYING benefits when we (or our loved ones) need them most. That shit needs to stop.

Laws are ideals. Those ideals are only as binding as those at the top are willing to enforce them, no matter the individual.

The birthright citizenship portion of the US Constitution is totally, inarguably unambiguous. No wiggle room. If the supreme court agrees to throw it out they are explicitly throwing out the entire document and our entire system of government.
