This time last year I "graduated" from my running club's couch to 5km group. Since then I've run pretty much every week . I've even completed two official 10km races. More than that I've found an amazing supportive community. #running

One of the best things about the Scottish Cancer Conference is the variety of attendees. People affected by cancer, clinicians, politicians, researchers all in one space. It makes prepping for an exhibition stand complicated, we had everything from our patient dairy to scientific posters #myeloma
