This week is #Myelomaawareness

Myeloma is often slower to diagnose due to vague symptoms.

This tool from Myeloma UK can help talk about symptoms. Share it with colleagues too to help raise awareness.

At Myeloma UK we're often asked about treatments and clinical trials for new drugs in the UK.

A drug called selinexor (Nexpovio®) is one of the latest treatments to be approved.

In this month's blog, we tell you more about selinexor and how it works. #myeloma

In the last six months, our network provided 1.4 MILLION food parcels. This shouldn't be happening.

Everyone should be able to afford essentials like food, toiletries and heating.
Latest research from Oct finds around 7 million low-income households are still going without essentials. 📢

This number has barely moved for three years.

5.4 million low-income households said they were unable to afford enough food in the past 30 days.

The absolute frustration of trying to rearrange appointments.
At National Voices we talk a lot about patient admin and many people ask what we mean and why patients who don't cancel appointments shouldn't be charged, so here's a thread on my attempt to cancel an appointment. I was offered an appointment for 30 December - I am away so can't make it. so.... 1/4
