Every urban freeway that was planned but not built is so obviously a tragedy avoided.

given the Super Bowl is in New Orleans, a reminder that Robert Moses did consulting across the US including proposing a riverfeont highway in New Orleans that wouldve boxed in the French Quarter. Also, the Claiborne is not needed and should be removed.
