That one's easy. MSM is scared of Trump. Talk bad about him, and get a litigation sledgehammer. Look at what happened to both ABC and CBS for examples.

Great thoughts, Brett! I'm not as familiar with the REFS as I am with the HREF ensemble membership. Does the REFS use the output from the previous runs of the individual ensemble members like the HREF (e.g., HRW FV3 - 12h), or does it only use the new runs?

In the NWS, you wouldn't be back to probationary status if you lateral, which is what most of these positions are. You are only probationary in two instances: 1) you're a new hire to the NWS, or 2) you are a newly hired manager in a field office.
