Their English isn't perfect, or they have an accent. Almost everyone in our field is great and supportive, so don't get it twisted, I just feel compelled to say something about it bc it's a recurrent issue among my out of market peers... #endrant

Feel bad for us, or give us special treatment, we knew what we signed up for. But, for our in-market peers, be kind, and be supportive where you can to anyone in our field. These people work hard, and deserve our respect, even if they are sleepy in the virtual presser (bc it's 4am there) or (+)

I bring it up bc it's not uncommon for me to hear about how those reporters and content creators are frustrated by how they're treated in some corners as less than, even tho they have to do the same job with a fraction of the access, and often time zone & language barriers to boot. No one should (+)
