I think Kinda Funny becomes more impressive by the year. The way they’ve kept a crew together and grown and kept it independent is awesome. We had to sell the company to the very thing we were trying to escape. Different times and different options, but they’ve succeeded where we failed.

Toronto Media before the season:

“Tavares isn’t a 2C, might have to move him to the wing, limit his ice, shelter him”.

Reality:

Tavares forced to 1C and thriving, playing 20+ minutes, and takes all the toughest matchups.

Also, loses the C and becomes more of a leader.
