Technically, there is. There’s a severe lack of proper infrastructure though. I recommend googling “ghost estates in Ireland.”
Better still… come visit for a while and chat to some locals in any pub. Avoid Temple Bar in Dublin though. In fact maybe avoid Dublin completely. Try Kilkenny or Tipperary

I can’t stop playing Cyberpunk 2077. Story and DLC done and only a few side missions left. Dunno what the hell I’m gonna do after it. Maybe go back to RDR2
