That’s an interesting way to see b12, as a bottleneck. So…where we see blue/green algae outbreaks there must be high cobalt levels in the surrounding soil?

And tbf, it is recommended that people supplement w b12 whether they are vegan or not due to modern farming practices

I was the same. I was posting about the Yulin dog meat festival as a nonVegan when I was confronted by vegans re my hypocrisy. Thankfully I took the time to engage and eventually they helped me connect the dots

And actually, some suicides may have been prevented as well, as there is an ever increasing body of evidence linking gut health to mental health

I seriously doubt anyone would think stealing breastmilk would be a good idea if only just introduced… It is only because of our ongoing indoctrination that we see our use of animals as normal, vs the violent and unnecessary modern day choice that it is
