Damn, so long since I posted, not sure how to do it. Yeah I’m keeping up with the news but also surfing with my partne. Life is short. Politics happen. Let’s survive & yes protest! Do it French style then join your friends afterwards for aperos! Go to the beach - never know how long you have. #surf

Hey my friends, Mal has arrived on Bluesky from Threads and I want him in our tribe. I think you’ll find he’s living an interesting life and worth greeting into your streams too. Not just for the poetry, but because you will discover yourself reflected there. Say hello to:
Hey bluesky, my name is Mal, I’m 135 days into a project of writing a poem and making a video for it every day.

I’m hoping to get to know:
Poets
Readers
Writers
Artists
Interesting people!

I hope I can build a community here with you!

Why I disappeared in Dec. My 12th book is out. Editor’s hype:
“Immerse yourself in the postcard-perfect tales awaiting you in the new series by SJ Robins, ‘Your Invitation to Take in the View.’”
It’s all true.😉

In Perpignan (France), there is a “trail of lighted displays” each night to celebrate the season. It’s called La Rayonette and begins here, near the Tourist office.

We took a climb up to see the chateau de Queribus (France) and when we got to the top, we saw a windmill and it was turning! We had to investigate the tiny hamlet of Cucugnan. Guess what? The baker, Roland Feuillas , restored the mill in the early 2000’s and bakes divine bread - rightly famous!

Anyone else think my phone gives this shot a “2-gun-Sal” vibe? 🤭🤣 Yeah - just me, thought so. Anyway - this beach in Portugal just blew me away with its beauty. My idea of dessert for the soul! (It’s the Praia da Falésia beach east of Albufeira and west of Faro)
