Honestly, Franklin Ave is such a mess, that offering consistent lanes (for bikes and cars) will probably bring traffic back. I truly dislike traveling on Franklin because of the inconsistent parking signage and lane shifts. I might go by the Fetus more if they make it less of a PIA to get there.
