it’s so wild to me how the Black Friday sale they just announced might be the first time some Switch games have ever been on remotely decent sale

Since the limited technology of games back then left a lot more room for player interpretation, I think a lot of people didn’t realize how "anime" JRPGs have always been and act like this is somehow a modern JRPG thing.

I know it can be an overused saying but I think it’s a truly slippery slope. If you get marked as an “other” by this system that is apparently sharing info across platforms, look at how much damage they can do.
